On the terrace is a table and chairs, and by the pool, there are sun loungers. Guests can barbecue on the terrace using the outdoor electric grill. From the terrace is a stunning view of the Bednja River valley dominated by the Čevo mountain peak.

The ground floor of the house is a modern and inviting space that serves as a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances, utensils, and tableware you might need, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals. The large dining table can comfortably seat up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals and lively conversations. Guests can relax on the comfortable sofa with a coffee table, or catch up on their favorite shows on the large LCD TV with satellite programs. The room is bright and airy, thanks to the large glass surfaces, and sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace and pool. On the ground floor, you'll also find a convenient toilet and a storage room.
